Drawing from contemporary architecture, these glass façades are both transparent and opaque, inviting visibility while enforcing separation. The interplay of reflection and materiality points to the social structures embedded in the built environment: barriers that regulate movement, assert control, and, at the same time, mirror the viewer. Beyond these architectural fragments, the structures can be seen as bodies—the glass as skin, the steel as the supporting framework, the bones that hold them together.
